Returns & Exchanges at BOLD Apparel

We want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns or exchanges. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. You will receive a notification and your refund once our warehouse inspects the return.
